Guruji or someone at the centre reaches out by phone or WhatsApp — with current batch timings, fees and your first-class date.

On your first day — loose clothes, a mat if you have one, an empty stomach. Arrive 10 minutes early.
A note on health
If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, or managing a heart, spinal, eye or blood-pressure condition, note it on the form and speak to your doctor before your first class.
