Guruji K. S. N. Murthy

Founder and teacher of KSN Yoga and Healing, at Somaraju Nivas on Old Bazar Street, Tuni, Kakinada District, Andhra Pradesh — and, as often, a guest on Telugu television speaking on mindset and life transformation rather than posture. Every practice and every principle on this site is set down from his teaching.

Guruji K. S. N. Murthy

Yoga Teacher · Life Coach · Holistic Healer

Guruji K. S. N. Murthy has taught yoga, pranayama and healing in Tuni, Kakinada District, for decades. But people who know his work do not describe him only as a yoga teacher — they describe him as a life coach as much as anything else. His teaching is not complicated, and its force lies exactly in that: practise daily, trust the body's own intelligence, and let health follow rather than chasing it.

His message is often reduced to a single sentence: stop the exhausting search. It is not a call to inactivity — quite the opposite, showing up for the same practice at the same hour every day is, for most people, harder than any other pursuit. But it is simple, repeatable, and in the end trustworthy.

The centre — Kruthiventi Institute of Yoga Research and Training Center, known simply as KSN Yoga Tuni — stands at Somaraju Nivas on Old Bazar Street in Tuni. The YouTube channel means anyone, anywhere, can join a class. What this site does is set down, clearly and with the cautions included, every mudra, asana and pranayama he teaches — in both languages.

Teaching principles

Four things repeated at every class

Daily over dramatic

A short practice done every day outperforms an intense one done occasionally. This is the single instruction repeated most often at the Tuni centre.

The text, not the trend

Every practice taught traces back to the classical sources — the Yoga Sutras, the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, the Gheranda Samhita. Nothing is added because it looks impressive.

Caution stated plainly

Every practice is taught alongside who should not do it. A teacher who only lists benefits is not being complete.

Open to anyone who will show up

Age, flexibility, prior experience and faith are none of them a barrier to beginning. Showing up regularly is the only prerequisite.

Beyond the mat

More than a yoga teacher

Telugu television invites Guruji as often to talk about mindset, obstacles and life transformation as it does about asana. The two conversations below are guest appearances on other channels — not the KSN Yoga and Healing library — and they show the second half of what he teaches: the inner discipline that has to exist before any physical practice takes hold.

An Interview Which Transforms Lives

అనంతమైన ఐశ్వర్యాన్ని ఆకర్షించే

Sree Sannidhi TV

A conversation that stays almost entirely off the mat — on the inner habits that keep a person from the life, and the prosperity, they say they want. This is Guruji speaking as a life coach: the subject is mindset, not posture.

The Hidden Secrets of Health

with Ravi Sastry, on Sree Souravi TV

On the root causes behind complaints that most people treat only at the symptom — the difference between managing a condition and removing what is causing it.

"Not someday. Sit now, breathe now."
