Programmes & schedule
Four ways to practise with Guruji at Tuni — one daily class, a foundation for beginners, a quieter breath-and-meditation session, and therapeutic practice by arrangement. All of it also reaches you on the YouTube channel.
What is taught
The programmes
Each describes what a session contains, not a clock time. If you are unsure which to choose, start with the Daily Practice.
Daily Practice
The core morning class — the same practice, every day.
- Level
- All levels
- Duration
- About 60 minutes
- Format
- In person at Tuni · also streamed on the YouTube channel
In a session
- A short settling and breath awareness to begin
- Asana — a steady sequence, adjusted to who is in the room
- Pranayama — nadi shodhana, ujjayi or bhramari depending on the day
- A hand mudra held for the closing minutes
- A few minutes of stillness before the class ends
For: Anyone with a regular practice, or building one. The default class if you are unsure.
Beginners' Foundation
For the first weeks — breath basics, simple postures, a home routine.
- Level
- First-timers
- Duration
- About 45 minutes
- Format
- In person at Tuni — best learned in the room for the first month
In a session
- How to breathe before how to bend — dirgha and the three-part breath
- Sun salutation broken into parts, learned slowly
- Standing and seated postures, with the cautions explained
- How to build a short daily practice you will actually keep
For: People who have never practised, or are returning after many years away.
Pranayama & Meditation
A quieter sitting session — breath work and stillness, little movement.
- Level
- Continuing students
- Duration
- About 45 minutes
- Format
- In person at Tuni · also streamed on the YouTube channel
In a session
- Longer pranayama — nadi shodhana with measured ratios, ujjayi, bhramari
- Seated mudras held for the full session
- Pratyahara — drawing the senses inward
- Dhyana — sitting, with as little instruction as the day allows
For: Students steady with asana who want to spend more time on the breath and the mind.
Therapeutic Practice
By arrangement — practice adapted to a specific condition.
- Level
- One-to-one or small group
- Duration
- Varies
- Format
- In person at Tuni, arranged directly with Guruji
In a session
- Practice built around one issue — back, blood pressure, sleep, breathing, stress
- Slower pace, fewer postures, more time on each
- What to do at home between sessions, written down
For: People managing a specific health condition — with their doctor already informed.
The weekly rhythm
