Practise alongside Guruji

The written pages on this site describe method and mechanism precisely — but yoga is ultimately learned by watching a body move and a breath sound. Guruji's channel is where the words on this site become movement.

How to use this

Reading and watching together

Match the video to the page

Every mudra, asana and pranayama page on this site links out to the channel. Read the method here first, then watch Guruji demonstrate it — the two are meant to be used together.

Watch before you attempt anything advanced

For anything marked intermediate or advanced on this site — shoulder stand, plough, bhastrika — watching the movement is not optional. A still image cannot show you pace, breath or the small corrections that keep a posture safe.

Telugu, with meaning that travels

The classes are taught in Telugu, for the community Guruji has taught for decades. The Sanskrit terms are the same in any language — follow the hand and the breath, and the words will follow.

Guest appearances

The life coach, on other channels

Guruji is also a regular guest on Telugu TV and YouTube programmes outside his own channel, speaking on subjects that go well past posture. Two of those conversations, with full detail, are on the About page.
